• Was in UK for 4 years, learning more skills in Anaesthesia and obtaining FRCA
• Was in University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA for one year as Visiting faculty.
• Married to Dr. Pranathi Reddy a senior Gynaecologist in Hyderabad.
• Has one son, Nikhil, who has recently graduated from “Yale University” (USA) in MBA
• currently employed by Adobe, USA.
• Returned to India in 2000 leaving a lucrative job in USA.

Founding Director of ‘‘Axon Anaesthesia Associates Pvt. Ltd.”, which is now the largest group practice in Anaesthesia in India. It has over 175 trained
anaesthesiologists, providing services to over 30 hospitals in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.

Apart from improving clinical standards of Anaesthesia across the country, he is also actively involved in teaching Younger Anaesthesia doctors.

Medical interests are: Paediatric Anaesthesia and Obstetric Anaesthesia. Has written chapters in medical text books and published in Journals

In the last 10 years got involved in social work and is a Trustee of ‘Rotary Club of Banjara Hills Charitable Trust”, which operates “Sparsh Hospice”.
